Q. Can we just come in and play?
A. You are welcome to come in and play during our scheduled open play times. Click here for open play times.
* We will also have additional Open Play hours during the week when someone schedules a semi private schedule play, so call anytime to see what our additional hours will be.

Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. The amount of children you are allowed depends on which party your reserved. The semi 10 is for up to 10 children, the semi 16 is for up to 16 children and the VIP Private is for up to 23 children.

Q. What if we go over on the number of children allowed for our party package?
A. Each additional child will cost $11.00. ($15 for mini package)

Q. What if less children arrive, can I change my package on the day of the party?
A. Your party is designed for a certain number of guests. Even if less children arrive, the package you reserved is how you will be charged.

Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
A. You should arrive 5 minutes prior to your guests. It is best to have as little time as possible for the children to wait.

Q. Will there be someone in the party room to help?
A. During your party, there will be two dedicated Party coaches who will ensure that your party goes smoothly. One party coach will remain with you the entire party while the other party coach is preparing your party room.
Your party coaches will cater to you and your guest by serving cake, drinks and handle all of the clean up after your party is over. If you would like gratuities are accepted.

Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
A. No, a $25 clean up fee will apply for any excessive clean-up.

Q. Can I bring my own party decorations?
A. If you would like, you may bring your own cups, plates, napkins & party bags. However, we do offer themed rooms & party bags. Click here to view available themes.

Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. The ONLY food you MAY bring in is cake or cupcakes and ice cream.

Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
A. No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility.

Q. What else do I need to bring in addition to the cake?
A. Candles, matches and DON'T forget your guest list. You are required to wear socks, so please remember to bring a pair. It is a good idea to bring extra socks for your guests who may forget.

Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
A. No, all family members can be on the same waiver. We have additional waivers at the facility if needed.

Q. Can I reserve the facility for a private party?
A. Yes, private parties are available for reservation at select times on Sat & Sun and anytime during the week.

Q. What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
A. All packages require a $50.00 deposit before scheduling. The $50.00 will be applied to the total cost of the party. We accept cash, and most major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Q. Is my deposit refundable?
A. No, all party deposits are nonrefundable However, with a minimum 14 day notice prior to your party, if you would like to reschedule, the deposit is transferable.
