Q: Can we come in and play? A: You are welcome to come in and play during our scheduled open play times. Check our Open Play tab on the website for times. Q: How many guests can I invite? A: The amount of child you can invite depends on which party you reserve. The semi 10 party is up to 10 children, semi 16 is up to 16 children, and our VIP party is up to 23 children. Q: What if we go over the amount of children allowed for our party package? A: Each additional child will cost $11. ($15 for mini package) Q:What if less children arrive, can I change my party package? A: Your party is designed for a certain number of guests. Even if less children arrive, the package you reserved is how you will charged. Q: How early should I arrive before my party? A: You should arrive 5 minutes prior to your guests. It is best to have as little of time as possible for the children to wait. Q: Will there be someone in my party room to help? A: There will be two dedicated party coaches who will ensure that your party goes smoothly. One party coach will remain with you the entire party, while the other party coach is preparing your party room. Your party coaches will cater to you and your guests by serving cake, drinks, and handle all of the clean up after the party is over. If you would like gratuities are accepted. Q: Can I bring confetti or hang streamers? A: No, a $25 clean up fee will be charged for any excessive clean up. Q: Can I bring my own decorations? A: If you would like to bring your own cups, plates, napkins, and party bags. However we do offer themed rooms, and party bags. Check out our themed rooms. Q: Can I bring my own food? The only food you may bring in is your cake or cupcakes, and ice cream Q: Can I bring alcohol for the adults? A: No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility. Q:What else do I need to bring in addition to the cake? A:Candles and the guest list. You are required to wear socks, so please remember to bring a pair. It is a good idea to bring extra sock just in case your guests forget. Q:Can I reserve the facility for a private party? A: Yes! Private parties are available for reservation on select times on Saturday and Sunday. Also, any times during the week. Q: What do I have to do to reserve a party time? A: All party packages require a $50 deposit before scheduling. The $50 will be applied to your total for your party package. We accepted cash, and Visa and Mastercard. Please no checks! Q:Is my deposit refundable? A: No, all party deposits are nonrefundable. However, with a minimum of 14 day notice prior to your party, if you would like to reschedule, your deposit is transferable.
